ONCE A MONTH BREATHWORK GROUP SESSION
In this class, Sarah will create a sacred space through ancient rituals, grounding meditation, and intention setting, to create a sacred space. Participants will then lie on the floor and actively breathe while music is played and Sarah coaches the group through the breathing. Participants leave feeling connected, empowered, peaceful and calm; inspired from within to put their intention into action.
Breathwork benefits can include relief from stress, depression, anxiety, the release of fear, anger, blocks or tension. This technique allows the practitioner to open to a natural state of peace, calm, gratitude, clarity and connection, in order to experience more grace and flow.
